The walk to the pool was a little longer than I would have liked, and it took us a while to find it. (It's located behind Kalapaki Joe's Restaurant) But the pool and hot tub were both clean, and the kids really enjoyed them. The house was also stocked with a great variety of books, DVDs, and games.
The outside BBQ/lanai area was comfortable and a wonderful hangout spot. Would highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals.

We were visiting for a conference at Grand Hyatt but wanted to stay at a house given we have 3 little ones. This place is walking distance to Grand Hyatt - a leisurely (slow) 10min walk with toddlers. It is in a residential area, so the closest restaurants/coffee shops are at the Hyatt. The pathway that takes us to Grand Hyatt/beach is right behind the yard (no car traffic) and we see plenty of people taking a stroll throughout the day. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and the neighbors friendly. My 2yo daughter wandered off one day and made it two houses down before she was noticed by concerned pedestrians who stayed with her and notified me. Other restaurants/shops are a short 7min drive away. Many areas of interest are also close by. We drove to the Baby Beach and spent half a day there. We also got a resort pass for the Grand Hyatt (they have amazing pools) and spent a fun day. Grocery chains (Walmart, Safeway, Costco) are about 20-25min out, close to the airport. Inside the house, the appliances are great, AC works well, showers are nice. There is a good collection of books and board games. What I appreciated the most were the booster chairs that made our lives so much easier. Inside the garage were other things you wish you had but couldn't bring with you, like folding chairs, etc. Plenty of towels/beach towels, clean sheets. Really appreciate the attention to detail and the amenities.

Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was wonderful and the walking path was huge bonus. I was their with my 3 teens and was perfect.

Privacy, proximity to beaches, green space and amenities, huge yard, clean house etc...Dollar for dollar, hands down the best place in Poipu Bay.

The laundry is so convenient, we had mud from various trails... so easy to clean off red dirt. Learned how to make a killer Mai Tai. All the ingredients from Costco. We so appreciated the house keys being left at our car rental office, saving us a trip to get them. The home we rented was as exactly advertised, clean and welcoming when we arrived. The checkout process was simple. But the icing on the cake was the family heirloom necklace that was inadvertently left behind. Your office contacted us to see if it was ours, then put it immediately in the mail to us. When it arrived, it was packaged with some Hawaiian treats that we will enjoy. Nothing but great service from start to finish! We will be highly recommending your company to our friends and family looking to travel to Kauai.

The house was a perfect location for meals and entertainment for our group as well as family from Australia. The area was quiet and very close to cliffs and beaches. The house was clean and tastefully appointed. Beach and swim equipment was available in the garage. We will definitely be returning to Kauai and will seriously consider your agency for future trips.
